I would not recommend this Kia dealership to anyone that is hoping for a trustworthy and reputable service experience. I was informed of a recall from Kia in the summer of 2024. I contacted this location because I had bought the car from them. First, I’m told they don’t have the part for the recall. Few months later, October 3rd, I am told the part is in and I waited for around 5 hours while they worked on it. Then I am told it is the first time they have ever done this, and I will have to leave the car. I was told if I used Uber that I would get reimbursed and this reimbursement did not happen. They were unable to complete the repair. I was then given back the car incomplete and told I would have to bring it back again when they had a loaner for me. Now it is December 2024, and I was told it may take a few days for the recall repair. The few days turned into 3 months. After constantly asking for updates, I was finally given the car back in March 2025. I got in the car and notice a large metal plate with a high voltage warning symbol on it loose on the floor behind the driver seat. I bring it inside to the service desk and they said, “Oh that is an extra old part and we can take it for you”. I got home and after unfolding the backseat they had left down I found that the back lower cushion was not secured and the bolts for it were loose in the trunk. I lifted the loose cushion only to notice a large opening that coincidentally is the same size hole as the metal plate I had given them. So, they gave me back a car that wasn’t put back together based on factory assembly specifications. I really didn’t have the time to drive back again and decided I would just call to complain. After driving the car for a few days the dash warning lights were now appearing that weren’t there before. Great, now it wasn’t put back together and now it has a service induced issue. I called them to explain both. I had to bring the car back in only for them to tell me they had to order the part they lied saying was extra and couldn’t diagnose the warning lights because they weren’t showing when they checked it. I was now told I would have to leave the car for an extended time to get this checked but they didn’t have any loaners and would call me when some became available. They gave me the run around for a few months while I drove around a car that now had electrical issues and would stop accelerating randomly. It was also still missing the electrical cover they had gotten from me. I am finally given a loaner a few months later and then given an estimate of nearly $26,000 saying that I would need my battery replaced. This is because they didn’t actually know what was wrong with the car. They would not acknowledge that the recall repairs they had performed might have damaged a connector or cable harness, and refused to recheck their own work. They told me that sometimes this happens that new issues coincidentally appear after people have their cars repaired, and it is not their fault. I said if it wasn’t your fault, how come my car was not put back together and it was missing a part. I was lied to saying this part was extra and now you’re charging me a diagnosis fee for something you induced. So now my car has been at their dealership for 30+ days. I went in person to speak with the service manager and explain my perspective for this recall repair. She explained to me that she was fully aware of my experience and was hired around the time I got my car back. So I explained the timeline to her for about 45 minutes and she agreed to have them check the BMS connector and BMS cable harness. She explained that they were fairly busy and would not be able to get to it for several days. Now nearly 3 weeks has passed and I receive a call from Hertz rental cars that they would like to know when I was going to be bringing it back to KIA. I explained that they still have my car and I will be calling to get an ETA. it gets worse... More

Kevin Schulman was great and made the finance process a breeze. In the decade + I have been using them I have never had an issue. The service department has always been great. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
Pleasant atmosphere. Dima was friendly and helpful as a salesman. However, they didn't have a Kia Sportage in stock with the equipment we wanted. It wasn't available, but I should have known to ask specifically for that vehicle when calling, especially since most online stock is gone by the time you get to a dealer. Perhaps Allison should have let me know that the specific vehicle I was requesting wasn't in stock, but then again, I didn't ask. More

She responded to my online inquiry in under five minutes and her personal attention, professionalism, and dedication to my needs made me realize early on that she wouldn't give up on finding me the vehicle that I needed. I knew coming into my search that I would struggle due to having high demands partnered with a limited budget. Unlike many sales associates I've worked with in the past, she wasn't pushy, wasn't a "fast talker," and never tried to talk me into accepting less than I needed or into a vehicles that would have made her job much easier. Karissa was very knowledgeable and searched tirelessly for a vehicle. She is unequivocally a godsend. Karissa and the team at Abeloff assured me that if I was patient, they would find me what I needed despite the shortage of used AWD vehicles that the tragedy of 2021 had incurred and it would have the specifications that I needed. In far less time than I expected, Karissa found me an SUV that I hadn't allowed myself to even dream about, for monthly payments I was told by other dealerships was an impossibility for far lesser vehicles. It seemed as if Sales Manager, Anthony worked a miracle to get me into my SUV within my limited budget. As far as experiences go, I couldn't possibly have asked for more or better. I am beyond grateful for the positive experience and service Abeloff has provided to me! More
We live in Milwaukee, WI and wanted a 2021 Kia Telluride, however dealerships in our area could not keep them in stock and were also marking them up at least $4,000. We came across a YouTube Video for Abeloff Kia in Stroudsburg, PA. Their sales guy, Sam, was showing off the new Kia Telluride and what caught our attention was NO MARK UP. We called and spoke with Sam. He explained how the ordering process worked. We could put down a deposit and order my dream truck. It would take approximately 12 weeks to come in. Keep in mind we are hundreds of miles away, putting our trust in dealership we've never been to. Once I started working with Sam Belman, Alan-Dee Ballantyne and Billy Borent all my concerns were gone. They would call, text and email with updates. The Telluride actually arrives sooner than expected - ONLY 4 WEEKS. Sam called to tell me it had arrived and sent me a video of MY new Telluride. They FedEx' d the paperwork to me, which then I returned. We were going to fly to PA and drive the truck home, but due to work schedules, could not. So we hired a private carrier to transport the truck to Milwaukee. Alan-Dee took a video of the carrier loading our truck. These guys went above and beyond what they needed to do. Our new 2021 Kia Telluride SX arrived safe and sound. Abeloff Kia and the staff offered us the best car buying experience we've ever had. THANK YOU so much. In December I had a coupon for a $25 gift card when you test drive a vehicle at this dealership. I had a KIA that’s lease was coming to an end so made an appointment with Pete the same salesman who I lease test drive a vehicle at this dealership. I test drove a vehicle and wanted to trade in my vehicle for a new Kia Sportage. Unfortunately I wasn’t approved and left without a vehicle. I showed him my coupon and asked if he could send me the gift card for test driving. I never received it. We texted back and forth a few times as I was still interested in purchasing a vehicle through him and also asked about the gift card once again. I was a loyal customer and had every intention of doing business with this dealership again. When I turned in my vehicle I spoke with Joe Gering, the sales manager, I showed him my coupon as well as the text messages between myself and Pete in regards to this. He assured me he’d take care of it and would send me the gift card. I finally received a certified envelope from him 2 days ago. I opened the envelope and found a VISA gift card packing with the actual card removed! An empty $25 gift card package! I feel like I’m being made a fool of and certainly not being treated as a valued customer because my credit score went down and wasn’t approved. Now it’s all about the principle of this matter and not standing by their advertisement! I don’t appreciate being made a fool of and hope karma of the disgraceful act comes your way. More

Stephen our salesman was awesome. The one they had on the lot didn’t quite have all the features we wanted, so Steve went to work to find us one that did. We took delivery yesterday and what a good experience we had. Steve was right there to go over the vehicle he was knowledgeable about all the bells and whistles. (And believe me there are many”!)
