A pleasant experience A dealership service department that is not out to get you: I took the car in for a scheduled service (i.e oil change and tire rotation). I forgot to bring coupons that I received from them in the mail, but the service associate still gave me the discounted rates. They ran a report on items that need attention and will be coming up in the future. Instead of the hard sell, I got honest advice on what I could put off until a later visit. I have much confidence in this service department, that they are not just trying to make as much money as possible, but that they have my interests and the health of my car in the forefront. More
