My Review of Acura of Seattle:
My wife and I were at the Acura of Seattle dealership in July of 2007 looking at a vehicle that I was very interested in purchasing. As I was going over the purchase details and preparing to sign papers with the sales gal (her name I do not recall) I heard a loud yelling from the upper level. As I looked up to see what it was, I saw a very large man who was BEET RED in the face, flat out screaming at approximately five other sales employees about some mistake with a promotion. I found out later that this was the sales manager named Chris Bournes

Another customer walked in from my right and stopped when he saw the shouting match going on. After about thirty seconds of speaking with another sales worker, this new customer turned around and walked out the door when this Chris character would not stop yelling (in all honesty I could not blame him whatsoever). As soon as this customer was leaving, this Chris Bournes loser immediately started throwing a temper tantrum with words to the effect of. "Fine, let him leave because we don't need his type around here anyhow!" and then stomped off to the back room.

I was FLABBERGASTED at what I just saw and wanted to get out of there myself. I excused myself to use the restroom and when I came back to continue the transaction I told the sales gal working with me that I wanted to know what the hell that yelling was all about. She either did not care or treated this as "normal".

Incredible! I thanked her and left right then and there; I am not going to do business with people who employ workers with anger-management issues. On my way out, Mister Hostility himself came back out and started flipping me grief for leaving. If my wife were not with me I would have had some choice words with this a-hole.

We found another, more professional dealership later that day and had the best buying experience with them.

It looks like Acura of Seattle is still stuck in the old circus-act, high pressure methods of selling cars and tops it all off with a childish sales manager with severe anger issues. I would advise everyone to stay away from this place. There are other Acura dealerships out there that employ a higher level of intelligence and professionalism

My Review of Acura of Seattle:
I bought my Integra at this dealership in 1999. Got a great deal on a new car and have serviced my car here ever since. They have always been very friendly and easy to work with. They clean and wash my car complimentary every time I take it in. Since my integra is fairly low maintenance, I haven't had to to any major work on it, but haven never had any problems with the staff or service dept.

My Review of Acura of Seattle:
I ended up buying a new SUV from them but it was the most painful car buying experience of my life. First, they deployed most of the typical pressuring techniques, haggled on the price a lot even though I had told them my "take it or leave it" price.
They were unreliable on the financing department too. I got a call after the day I leased the car to tell me that I had to go back and sign a new lease (at a higher rate) because their computers were down when I was at the dealership and were unable to run a credit check (also lied to me about my credit score). I refused and offered to bring the car back and then they back-pedaled but wanted me to go down there and sign a new set of documents but supposedly my "monthly payment would remain the same". I refused again and finally they didn't push the issue anymore. Needless to say, they have lost my car service business and won't be going back again to Acura of Seattle.
