Regarding the Service Department: I brought my vehicle to be serviced due to a recall on the hood latch/striker. At that time I will say the staff was friendly and my recall was fixed to my knowledge in a to be serviced due to a recall on the hood latch/striker. At that time I will say the staff was friendly and my recall was fixed to my knowledge in a timely manner. I had brought my vehicle home assuming the professionals addressed the recall with no further issues. At a later date, I needed to add washer fluid to the appropriate reservoir under my hood. I proceeded to engage the lever inside my vehicle on the driver's side to release my hood. I was unable to open my hood to add the washer fluid to my vehicle. I called them regarding this issue and was given an appointment time the following week to address this matter. I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled appointment time and I was told the cable to the lever inside my car to release my hood was broken. I was told I would not be charged "for looking at the car to see what the problem is" however I would be financially responsible for the parts/labor. My vehicle's hood latch was working fine with no issues prior to the recall being "fixed" at this location. I brought my vehicle in to be serviced only for it to come out with another issue after being serviced. I don't believe I should pay for this matter. Do not recommend this place after this situation. More

Amazing doesn’t even cover the level of customer service We moved to Maryland and did all our state inspections here, and for you Marylanders you know how tough that process is to go through. The service reps go above and beyond to make life easy on you to bring it back after repairs and/or give you a very competitive price on doing the repairs themselves. I can’t say enough good things about these guys, and while we haven’t bought a car from this dealership yet, we have interacted with the sales team, and they are just as great. We will be doing all our service here and hopefully buy our next car here. As a general rule, I hate dealing with car dealerships, but this has always been an incredible experience. Call it the Chick-fil-A of car dealerships. More

Awesome Service & Extreamly Helpful!!! I had recently purchased new tires, brakes, and other service at a chain tire store, however they were unable to balance a tire properly which caused I had recently purchased new tires, brakes, and other service at a chain tire store, however they were unable to balance a tire properly which caused the car serious vibration. I had to go back 4 times after I purchased the tires from them, and they could not correct the problem. They told me the axle on my 2012 Chevy Impala with 47,000 miles on it was going bad and the dealer needed to look into the problem. I brought the car in and Mike had the techs take a look at it, only to find out the wheels did not have weights on them and they were all balanced incorrectly. Also found was one of the BRAND NEW tires was faulty, I paid to get everything corrected properly then I went after the chain tire store to issue me a refund for work they should have done in the first place. The point is without Mike and his guys I would have not found out about this and the car would still not be right, so for that I am extremely grateful. Definitely will return for future service and work. Likely will purchase next vehicle from this dealership. Its reassuring to know that there are still some service departments who care about the customers / their vehicles and are not so focused on how to make a quick dollar. Thanks Again! More

My husband and I have been long time customers with Adams Chevrolet. We have purchased numerous vehicles from their staff and have always been pleased with their service department. We have never had any issues regarding wait time for parts or service. Joe Alampi's staff has always been more than courteous, professional and very knowledgable about the vehicles. One particular time, recently, my husband purchased a 2011 - 3/4 ton Silverado that came pre-dented on the sales lot. Apparently a large rock was kicked up into the bed side by the lawn maintenance staff. We purchased the truck anyway after being reassured the damage would be taken care of. It was brought in and fixed very quickly, with no hassles involved. Thanks to everyone at Adams who have continued to be professional throughout the years. You have made car/truck buying and service experiences pleasant. More
