All I can say to anybody considering utilizing the service department at this dealership is to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - unless you are VERY skilled in automotive and are prepared to diagnose your own car, service department at this dealership is to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - unless you are VERY skilled in automotive and are prepared to diagnose your own car, then actually get in touch with the service manager to MAYBE get your vehicle in and serviced appropriately. You have to hold them by the hand to help them understand the problem with the vehicle and how to fix it. I live in the area but can never come back to this dealership again for service. In January 2023, I noticed a buzzing sound in my back window whenever it was raining. Neil and the service department claimed they couldn’t duplicate the issue. I had to bring my vehicle back several times to try to figure out the issue (this was buzzing electricity and NOT SAFE) and ultimately diagnosed a (known issue) rear window leak on my 2020 Silverado. I finally managed to get the window replaced (under warranty) six weeks later. Not even five months later, the leak is back and FAR WORSE! It appears my new rear window was not seated or sealed correctly (you can actually see that it’s a bit crooked). The dealership immediately asked me to produce a receipt they never gave me even though THEY did the work and had all of my vehicles records. I ended up getting GM corporate involved and the window is again being replaced. (by a different dealership I swear by called West Herr Chevrolet in BUFFALO NY - yes you read correctly…) Even if you have a service appointment, be prepared to wait. Your appointment will not be honored and the service rep Neil will always have the excuse that they are “swamped” Neil never returns phone calls and will avoid you. They will hold your vehicle (even with appointment) for several days before even looking at it (I have cameras in my truck so I observed this) and FYI - they have ZERO loaners. Neil is a xxxxxxxx artist who could sell a snowball to an eskimo. If you MUST go here for service, see Peter instead. He at least cares about his customers and will do what he says he is going to do. Neil should be avoided at all costs. In a completely separate issue I recently experienced there, I once brought in my truck complaining of belt noise. Neil said there was nothing wrong with the belt (even though my girl and I could see visible wear on it). When I finally (again) brought my vehicle to West Herr Chevrolet they couldn’t believe the condition of the belt and that the Advantage claimed there was nothing wrong with it. The belt failed all tests and was immediately replaced (under warranty, by West Herr) I WILL SOONER DRIVE TO BUFFALO (in fact, my vehicle is there now) than to ever attempt to go to this service department even though it is local to me. Avoid at all costs…you’ve been warned! More
Sophia and Daniel greeted me when I walked into the showroom, they could not have been any nicer. They were available for any questions I had without being pushy. When I asked for some casual numbers I showroom, they could not have been any nicer. They were available for any questions I had without being pushy. When I asked for some casual numbers I was introduced to Anthony Gallo (sales mgr.) who appraised my trade in and quickly quoted a very fair deal. Needless to say, I’m driving a new Chevy! More
Sales people are ok but manager and finance guys suck. After being spoken to like a child by the gangster sales manager, I called off the deal. 2 weeks later, still waiting for a refund on my money. THIS IS A HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! They are now Advantage Chevrolet, but they're just as bad as ever. They listed a used car for one price online, and when I got there they added all types of fees, and wanted me to pay $3,600 more. This is besides for the expected tax and DMV fees. Just completely dishonest. More

I highly recommend Trent Manco, he was very knowledgeable, professional and made my entire experience pleasant. Trent made sure the deal was where I needed it to be and made my expectations possible. Advantage Chevrolet is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend this place of business to friends and family. I was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future. More
After agreeing to terms back in early January on my new vehicle and forking over $500 to hold it for me, I waited almost THREE MONTHS for it to arrive. Then the day before it is supposed to arrive, I get t vehicle and forking over $500 to hold it for me, I waited almost THREE MONTHS for it to arrive. Then the day before it is supposed to arrive, I get the usual bait and switch call in which EVERY SINGLE AGREEMENT we made was changing. They claimed it was due to credit and that they never pulled my credit back in January, which is a lie because I monitor my credit and can clearly see the credit inquiry from the date I signed the paper, and it says by Advantage Chevy. Then they said my score is showing as nearly 100 points lower than Experian is telling me it is. I can understand a few points different. But not nearly 100 points. Then CRAZIEST OF ALL they tried telling me their lease standards are very high and that they can finance me the vehicle for the discussed price per month. That is absurd. Lease prices are lower than finance prices. Too many things don't add up, and they drop all this on me after waiting nearly three months, the day before I am set to pick the vehicle up. Bait and switch tactics, clear as day. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!! More
