If you're truly "sorry to hear...", you can still fix the issue if you'd like. I still do not have the key to the wheel lock that I paid for, and when I got a flat tire it was very difficult to fix without being able to remove the wheel. It's easy and cliché to say "sorry" publicly, when meanwhile the issue is still not solved... I generally don't like to leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important for the public to know that even though the price to buy the car was good, after the purchase unfortunately it seems like they don't care much about you anymore

Was a great experience with Carlos in sales and Jessica from finance. Would give the whole experience a 5 out of 5 as Carlos was honest, professional, courteous, and patient. I will definitely seek out his assistance for all future purchases/leases. Jessica was also great at answering all my questions and made leasing a breeze.
