The fact that this information was never shared tells us exactly how this dealership operates: say as little as possible, take the money, and let the customer suffer the consequences. We were effectively stuck with a vehicle we never would have agreed to buy had we been told the truth. That is not how honest businesses treat people; it’s how deceptive ones do. This experience has completely destroyed our trust. If you are considering buying from this dealership, do yourself a favor and walk away. There was a couple issues that the service manager Nick took care of and even had the truck detailed for me when he didn’t have to.
