Of course first words out of the sales manager mouth was sorry sometimes that happens then came the bait and switch “can we get you into something else” They are telling me their new computer system takes a day to update. I was encouraged to choose a Jeep Gladiator over the Grand Cherokee L due to incentives, but shortly after purchasing, I began experiencing issues with the vehicle’s handling and overall performance. When I reached out for assistance, communication became extremely limited, making it difficult to address concerns in a timely manner. The lack of follow-up after the sale is frustrating, especially when trying to resolve legitimate issues within what may be a limited timeframe. I would strongly recommend improving post-sale communication and customer support, as it greatly impacts the overall experience. More

Failing to disclose an accident history this severe is not a small mistake. It is a blatant lack of integrity. A vehicle with four accidents is significantly devalued and raises serious concerns about safety and long-term reliability. The fact that this information was never shared tells us exactly how this dealership operates: say as little as possible, take the money, and let the customer suffer the consequences. We were effectively stuck with a vehicle we never would have agreed to buy had we been told the truth. That is not how honest businesses treat people; it’s how deceptive ones do. This experience has completely destroyed our trust. If you are considering buying from this dealership, do yourself a favor and walk away. Our sales agent Pedro was very helpful in getting us the best price on the truck and made the process very simple and easy. There was a couple issues that the service manager Nick took care of and even had the truck detailed for me when he didn’t have to. Overall the dealership was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly even the janitor even said morning to me and that says a lot about the upper management.
