I brought my car in for general service, and the service tech said he is specialized and I am lucky to get him. He told me my vehicle needed thousands of dollars of repair that I couldn't afford. He handed me off to a salesperson who continued the charade that my car needed repairs (it did not) and that the best course of action (since I was cash poor) was to sell my Honda Civic and lease a new vehicle for $380 a month. I was literally in the finance office about to sign, and asked the Finance guy the exact number I'm getting for my car. It took some teeth pulling, and I got my salesman into the office, and he revealed he only was giving me $5K for a 2013 Honda Hyrbrid (that has a Blue Book of 12K). I smelled something fishy, and asked for my car back. The service guy handed me the key and said there was nothing wrong with it. This whole situation was a scam, playing on my financial difficulties and fears of going broke from paying for repairs. As I mentioned, thew car didn't even need repairs. This whole thing was an orchestrated scam - and I was the mark. The salesperson's eyes were tearing that he didn't get his deal. That shows you what state of desperation these people are in. More

Sunil in service went above and beyond after the sale to help me get a key programmed — something most dealers wouldn't even entertain once the paperwork is signed. And John Harmond, the General Sales Manager, was so transparent and easy to work with that the entire purchase felt smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. I visited several dealerships, including Cadillac stores, and none showed this level of professionalism or effort. These folks took the time to understand the product and earn my business the right way — through integrity and real work ethic. It’s not often I write reviews like this, but this team deserves it. They’ve completely changed my expectations for what a car-buying experience can be. More
My husband took my 2009 Honda Pilot in to have a key made for the car because we misplaced or lost the additional car key. He had to wait almost 3 hours to have it made. Since that’s our only car, he was n for the car because we misplaced or lost the additional car key. He had to wait almost 3 hours to have it made. Since that’s our only car, he was not happy about having to wait. Also when I called they told me it would cost about $200. When they finished and my husband got the bill, it was around $350. We should have gone to another locksmith that could make keys for Hondas! Not happy because it was a long wait and very expensive. More

Manny was super responsive and very knowledgeable in my service experience. Thus far the best service experience I have had at the dealership.
