While Lyle (Service Mgr) was the one who checked me in, it was a serviceman who told me my car was not safe to be on the road. He said I needed to spend 4,330.00 before I put my car back on the road. I gave Airport Marina Honda three stars for the following reasons: First, when they recommended replacing all four tires on my car, I was already in the service department for four hours, going on five, and reasons: First, when they recommended replacing all four tires on my car, I was already in the service department for four hours, going on five, and Manny mentioned it might take longer, so I declined getting tires last Saturday (12-27-2025). However, after getting my car and arriving home, I noticed the hood wasn't shut, and, being disabled, I couldn't shut it without help. So, in the future, could the mechanics keep a bit more when servicing vehicles? So I hope to have a better experience if I return. More

I knew that my first service was complimentary, so I drove back to Airport Marina Honda. My service advisor, Manny, was quite sure that waiting for the vehicle would not be a problem since they weren’t very busy. I went into a comfortable customer lounge inside the showroom and worked on some sewing while I waited. The work was completed very quickly, I received my paperwork, and drove home. I explained to Manny that for anything other than just an oil change, I would probably revert back to Scott Robinson Honda in Torrance for my service because I live in Redondo Beach and can get back-and-forth to that dealership’s service department by taking a direct bus that has stops just one block from home. I enjoyed seeing the video of the undercarriage and engine compartment (glad my filters were still clean). Polite, no-nonsense service department personnel were a pleasure to experience. Sure wish it were more concentrated to have ALL my service done here! More

My family and I have bought cars here several times and we will no longer be doing business here because of the dishonest behavior by their manager Bijan Rezapour. We came in with a valid KBB offer - an ap we will no longer be doing business here because of the dishonest behavior by their manager Bijan Rezapour. We came in with a valid KBB offer - an appraisal was completed by Salesman Nick where he said the car is in great shape like new matched my original submission exactly. However 40min later after Bijan Rezapour comes to us with a screenshot from KBB saying the car is only worth $20k because the "vin #" changed things. He refused to show us the full detailed report and just said he couldn't reach the same instant cash offer number. After discussing with kelly blue book and other dealers it was brought to my attention that Bijan intentionally put down my car as fair/poor and refused to show me the entire report to show the sketchy practices he was doing. I've reported to kelly blue book and was told the following. "As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, Participating Dealers are required to honor the Instant Cash Offer generated based on the information and conditions you provided." The VIN # would only change the value of my car if my car report history showed any accidents or damages which there are none. It would have been great to been able to have completed this transaction at airport marina because they are our local dealer to our entire family, but I will be informing all family and friends to be weary of this location specifically because of Bijan. Nick was really thorough on the appraisal and a pleasure to work with initially, it's just unfortunate he works under Bijan. More
