Poor repair and sales service I dropped my jeep off for a scheduled radiator fan replacement and oil change. My son’s truck was at the dealership as well (with a wrong diagnosis from the mechanic) I actually had to ask to borrow a loaner car. Picked my car up and drove it less than 10 miles before all the coolant started to pour out. Turned around and returned the jeep to the dealership. Seems there was a small leak in the radiator that was hidden by Stop Leak. I was quoted an additional $650.00. To fix it. I asked if your dealship would work with me on pricing - you woulden’t. With this very disturbing news, I was on my cellphone explaining to my family that I should trade in the car and get something diffrent - All 4 of your sales staff completley ignored me as they were busy on their cell phones. Well, I am left with towing my vehicle to another repair station that won’t charge as much😡 More

Picked up at 7 Pm, car was there since 8 am, car was still filthy. The car porter says sorry, short help. This is the second time this has happened. I understand a car wash was not the purpose of my visit but that was promised when I leased the vehicle. When I originally leased my grand Cherokee it was delivered to me dirty and the excuse was the same, short help. More

That alone testifies to our satisfaction with this dealership. We just had the Pacifica in for its first service. The folks in the Express Lane were great. I chatted with the sales person who worked with us on getting the Pacifica we wanted. Another pleasant exchange. I needed something from the Parts Department. They were wonderful in helping figure out what I wanted and working to get it for me before we left on a trip next week. We have never had a bad experience with anyone at Crystal Lake Chrysler. More
