Bad customer experience I called the service rep and told him I would be there around 6pm to pick up my truck after service was finished. I got to the dealer at 6:15-6:20 and the dealer was closed and everyone but one salesman was gone. He said they left a long while ago. The problem was that I drove an hour to get there and needed my truck(4WD) to get to work the next day as we were expected to get 8-12” of snow. I missed work having a car not equipped to travel in the snow. They apologized but offered no reconciliation for me to get my truck. Extremely pissed that they left while I was on the way and missing a day of work just poured salt on the wound! When I did get a ride to pick it up my truck they brang it around front it was covered in snow, having only turned the windshield wipers on to remove the snow on it! Really! The seat cover I had on the drivers seat was bunched on the floor board and had dirt and grim all over it! I did buy my truck from here but I WOULD NEVER recommend that anyone would get any service done here. I guess once again you’re on your own once you drive it off the lot! More

Terrific Service I took my 2014 Ram 1500 in for a broken side-view mirror replacement. Service Good service, but ... there’s always an issue with the RACK AVAILABILITY to do the service on my RAM PROMASTER 1500, long waits for service!!! Not only did I have to chase down the service department, there was zero communication about what, when, and how! I finally got it in, not including the first time and no one had a clue why I was there! They had it for about 2 days went to pick it up, the radio is scratched on the screen my dash is scrated all by the glove box and the window DIDN'T WORK!! I missed a day of work for this and I got nothing but attitude! I regret so much purchasing a vehicle from Crystal lake Chrysler Jeep and Dodge More
July 2011: This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. The techs put our lives in danger. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country was serviced twice for brakes within 1 month. The first time while changing the rea techs put our lives in danger. Our 2008 Chrysler Town and Country was serviced twice for brakes within 1 month. The first time while changing the rear brake pads, they incorrectly installed the caliper and a clip broke off, resulting in a unusual noise. We took it back to have the mistake fixed prior to leaving for a vacation, traveling from IL to NC. Due to ANOTER technician mistake (while fixing the first mistake) the lug nuts were not tightened enough or over torqued. All but 1 lug nut and stud sheered off completely. The rear wheel was being held on by 1 lug nut (on a highway going 75mph)!! Leaving our family in a very dangerous, possibly fatal situation. Their poor service and negligent technicians are fully to blame. After having the vehicle serviced in Kentucky. We took the faulty part to Crystal Lake Chrysler to show the mistake that had been made. We were mistreated and every person we dealt with was disrespectful stating "well, cars break" not taking responsibility for the negligent mistakes. July 2012: Now a year later we are being mistreated again by the Service Manager, George. We took it in to have a recall fixed and the brakes done. We were very skeptical due to our last experience but gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked to have the best of their service team only touch the vehicle. They remembered us from our incident last year. The service manager argued stating "they never touched the rear brakes" and raised his voice, being very rude. But when confronted as to why last year our rear wheel/brake was the problem (DUE TO THE BRAKES BEING DONE), he gets very defensive. I am speechless. They are so unprofessional and rude and do not take responsibility for their negligence. I advise everyone to not go anywhere near this dealership. We plan to contact Chrysler's corporate office and the BBB to report this terrible facility. More
