Oil change takes over 2 hrs My oil change and tired patch took over two hours. Horrible time management. I took my time to make online appointment at 7am, arrived at 7:15(yes I w My oil change and tired patch took over two hours. Horrible time management. I took my time to make online appointment at 7am, arrived at 7:15(yes I was late). At about 8:45 I ask how much longer will I be here. At this time I noticed they just lifted my car up and started work on the oil change. They need to hire more mechanics and not make customers wait two hours for a regular oil change. They ended up fixing my tire for free after I complained of the wait which is nice and I appreciate it. I had oil changes done before and they take about 20-30 minutes. The time I actually left the dealership was 9:35am and they didn’t even wash my car! Isn’t that standard at a dealership 🤔 More
