Twice treated very nice...third time....... I begin my shopping just looking for a car that I hope it to be my forever car. Was greeted by Justin right away. Third time i think because i asked to see a vehicle that was sent to me thru the kids on the block Blowout sale and was pre-owned and I really want a new vehicle. The rep that greeted me went to get the key which Paul had & It seem to go downhill from there . I found the way I was spoken to and more or less took away, if you don't finance we don't want your business. I was told that they need folks to finance with them to help pay their finance manager. And other things i was shocked to find out. When I was told that non-financed vehicles on your lot new or used would be 2000.00 more than the price on line. I'm still shocked at his attitude, but maybe his day was not a good one. I can say that the dealership has some very nice vehicles and for that I will say stop and see. I'm just leary to stop any more. More
