Wouldn't go back if my life depended on it My wife and I went in to ask a few questions. Also to see what our options were with my wife's car as a possible trade in and to turn in our scratch o My wife and I went in to ask a few questions. The salesman was at first decent we went for a test drive and when we got back to the lot found out they had ran our credit with out consent. We told them what price range we could afford and gave it a shot just to see what the payment would be 1st payment of 597 was out of our price range they came back with 720 I told them they were going the wrong way. Granted they would have taken our trade and paid off the current loan but we told them up front about everything and where we needed to be. It was when the salesman told me I just needed to bite the bullet and work more over time ( I work 60-70 hrs a week) and got up in my face I lost my cool told the guy have a nice day thanks for your time and left. They call me later that night said they could do it for 680 ,no thank you called me the next day 650 no thank you. I get a call from my bank because Dodge want to know my loan information after the fact we told them we we're not doing business with them. then when we went to another dealer who didn't ask for our information and and told us what kind of payment and would work with us taking my wife's car and paying off the loan we found out Stanly Dodge did 15 hits on our credit score. They called my wife the next day wanting to know when we were coming in. My wife asked why the heck did they did they hit our credit scores 15 times and mess up our credit scores the salesman denied it and said if we paid our bills on time our credit scores would have been better and we could have been able to get a better interest rate. My wife's score was a 670 mine was a 604 I advise anyone not to do business with these people. Their unprofessional, rude,pushy, and liars. More
