I was in the market for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one listed on their website. I emailed to ask if it was available, and they responded promptly confirming that it was in stock and asked if I wanted to s listed on their website. I emailed to ask if it was available, and they responded promptly confirming that it was in stock and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I replied to confirm a time to come in, test drive, and potentially purchase the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership at the agreed time, no one had any record of my appointment—even after I showed them the email confirmation. After some back-and-forth, they informed me that they actually had no Gladiators in stock and asked if I was interested in a used one. Since I had never driven a Gladiator before, I agreed to test drive a used model just to get a feel for it. After waiting about 30 minutes, they came back and said it wasn’t a good idea to drive the used one because “it wouldn’t feel like a new one.” Honestly, what a ridiculous excuse. The entire experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating. If this is how they handle sales, I can only imagine what their customer service would be like after you buy a vehicle. My advice: look elsewhere. Extremely poor experience. Stay away. More

Made an appointment to swap out dead battery (under warranty). Drove an hour to the appointment just to find out they didn’t have a battery !!! No one called to reschedule. The blame was placed on Katie, who was off that day. The appointment was made 5 days earlier and I was told they DID have the battery in stock, so how this happened is beyond comprehension. It was another hour to drive home. It’ll be another 2 hours driving both ways when I go back. I wasted my time and lots of gas to get nothing but frustrated from these service people. I truly hope this is not a common occurrence!! More
