I purchased my car used from another dealer. They also sell the same cars new. (I don't want to mention the dealer) My car was in for services shortly after my purchase - twice. Needless to say, after paying for repairs on a car I just bought from the same people who sold it to me...I've lost my trust. I went to the local auto parts store to have them read the codes on my check engine light, and they suggested Alderman. I appreciate being able to drive my car off the street and having someone look at it objectively to find the problem. Alex was friendly and very straightforward with what needed to be done and why. I had to leave it overnight so they'd have enough time to work on it and get it done right. They said it would take 4-6 hours to repair, and the next day by 2 PM, it was repaired. They even had someone drop me off at home. I will be back for regular maintenance! More

My car wan't fixed right the first time. So, I had to take it back and then pay the diagnostic fee, if they find ONE thing that was different than the original repair. Adam told me he would talk to Volkswagen to see if the repair was covered under their warranty and never did. Communication wasn't great either, considering I had to keep my car there for a few nights. I've had better service with Alderman in the past, but was disappointed, this series (since I had my car there a few times for the same concerns). More
