The process started out great with Christopher Lexow being very patient and wanting to make sure we were comfortable with which vehicle we ultimately chose. He spent a lot of time with us driving multi being very patient and wanting to make sure we were comfortable with which vehicle we ultimately chose. He spent a lot of time with us driving multiple cars, multiple times. Once we decided on a vehicle, things started to go downhill. The sales manager, Jakob Kounkel, asked if we wanted to pay cash, finance, or lease. I told him I was not sure and need to see what my options were. He said he would prepare those for me. I drove my wife home and came back to the dealership to sign the papers. At this point, things went from bad to worse. I was introduced to the business manager, Christian Schreiber, expecting to be provided with options as promised by Jakob. However, I was told that the deal had already been done as a purchase finance through "their partnership" with Capital One. The rate was very high considering it was a new vehicle and my credit score is over 830. I was not provided any lease options. they also stated they did not like to use Lincoln Finance. I was then told by Christian that the bumper-to-bumper Lincoln warranty was only good for 12/12,000, the the 48/50,000 advertised by Lincoln. I called Lincoln the next day, and they said that was not true, that the bumper-to-bumper was the full 48/50,000 and the did not understand why the dealer was trying to sell me an additional warranty. I could go on about my call to Jakob the next day, telling him I didn't want to deal with Christian anymore and he said that was fine and he would take care of things. Apparently his idea of taking care of things was to give Christian a message to call me. I could go on about other false and misleading statements that were made but I am tired of typing. Over the last 35 years, between myself, my wife, and my kids, I have leased or purchased 15 or so vehicles, mostly from Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and have never had such a bad experience as I had with this dealer. Places like this are reason that people hate dealing with car dealers. More
Everyone was pleasent and low pressure. Ryan, our salesman, was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would definitely go back to him again. Ryan, our salesman, was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would definitely go back to him again. More

I wish I was able to leave a better review, but the truth is that I did not have a good experience with this dealership. I have a 2025 Black Label with 7K miles on it. I took it in for an oil change and cl is that I did not have a good experience with this dealership. I have a 2025 Black Label with 7K miles on it. I took it in for an oil change and clicking noise that I heard in the dash. I was told that they would go ahead and perform the 10K service on it since I was 3K miles shy. They said it would take 3 hours so I left it there overnight. When I picked it up I was told that they couldn't hear the clicking noise which I thought was odd because I hear it every single time I turn the car on and it has been happening consistently for the last month but sometimes mechanics cannot recreate the noise so I accepted it. My bill was $171.16 but after they applied my rewards it came to $68.30 out of pocket. I thought that it was odd that I had to pay for standard service since it was my first visit and the first 4 are included in Black Label's maintenance plan, but I figured I would check my contract when I got home. I noticed that I was also charged $40.95 for a 44K fuel system cleaner which the service department said that they recommend every 3K-5K miles. This is my first time ever hearing this and didn't have this done on my previous Black Label Navigator. I got in the car to head home and heard the clicking immediately once I started the car. There is no way that the mechanic didn't hear this. It happens every single time I start my car and has been going on for the last 30 days. I noticed that my tires were not rotated and I know this because last month I had one of them plugged and that tire was marked and in the same spot. On my way home my windshield wiper alert came on to tell me that I was low on fluid. This was concerning since the service report said that they topped all my fluids and inspected my wiper blades which do not wipe evenly. I called the dealership about the bill and they indicated that they made a mistake and charged me for the visit not realizing it was covered under the Black Label agreement. I was told that everything was covered except the fuel system cleaner. If it is recommended, that is fine but usually a dealership will call me beforehand to let me know of the recommendation so that I can approve it before the work is done and I am charged for it. I think that it is odd to begin with given that it is a brand new car and I have never had this in the past with Lincoln, however, I digress. So at the end of the day the dealership had my car for the afternoon and I got an oil change, they re-programmed a recall alert for my 3rd row seats, and a car wash for $171.16. I am giving them 2 stars because the service rep was very polite and gave me the credit when I called back but that is all that I can say about this visit. I was charged for a filter but to be honest, I don't know if that was replaced considering my tire rotation and fluids weren't topped like indicated. I went to this dealership because it was 15 mins from my house but I have had better experience driving an hour away to a Black Label dealership over the last 4 years so I will continue to go there in the future.
