I went in the other day with my significant other & I had a few concerns regarding not only our purchase but also the customer service during & following that purchase. I had been looking at the vehicle at t a few concerns regarding not only our purchase but also the customer service during & following that purchase. I had been looking at the vehicle at the dealership for maybe 2 weeks or so & showed it to my significant other saying this was a very nice SUV & I felt we should take a look at it & test drive. It was low mileage, no accidents with some very nice features to go along with great pricing. We called & set up a test drive, & upon arriving we were greeted by Mr. Mike Rios who was friendly & inviting for the most part. I noticed a discrepancy in the miles listed on the website versus the miles that were actually on the vehicle, to the tune of almost 2500 miles in difference. I questioned this the following week & was told the price was "what it would be & that pricing was in the top 2% in the nation." Me being in the car industry for many years, I understood Mr. Rios in defending the stance on the prices knowing there are many intangibles involved in the pricing of a vehicle. Another Discrepancy I noticed that the vehicle on the website never adjusted miles nor the amount of days actually listed never changing from the 45 days which as i knew pricing for the most part changes every 30 days or so give or take the market. I inquired about this and again Mr. Rios was stern were the price stood. I then called to speak to a GM/GSM & was forwarded to a director who listened to all I had to say in regards to the discrepancies amongst a few others I found when taking the VIN & running it thoroughly & he came back to agree to the price my significant other & I felt comfortable with despite those discrepancies. After talking to Sophia she & I agreed to come pick up the vehicle & I called the finance manager Chris myself to go over the parameters of the deal & restructure. We came to the dealership & while paperwork was being done I noticed the mileage on the BMW X7 had moved to ANOTHER 1000 miles more than the original 2500 that we just spoke on. This was met with an explanation on how the miles got there from the service manager driving the vehicle to & from home since she had no car & nothing could be done. Also when test driving the vehicle there were two keys on one ring yet when taking delivery only one key was available & staff refused to put an extra key on the "we owe" form which I found disturbing that you could sell a $100K (original MSRP) premium SUV a 2023 at that & not have an extra key nor try to get the customer another. A few other things was very bothersome in the delivery process of this vehicle, the fact that there was quarter tank of gas in the truck & no offer to fill it upon delivery is not great customer service at all. We asked for complimentary oil changes as an extension for the discrepancies only to be met with resistance from staff stating only the owner could approve such things which prompted me to ask for their contact info to reach out to ask myself. The fact that the car was not detailed, I understood simply because we came close to closing time BUT no offer or extension to detail the vehicle after the fact & add to the "We Owe" was even mentioned after speaking on the detail crew leaving for the day. Customer service is big in this industry especially with highline vehicles & the service we received at every angle there was sub par for sure to say the least. The price of Gap & the VSC were absolutely astronomical, & the rates even more so with a person with a 700 score (14.5%). I don't understand HOW Bank of America of all banks could beat out Chase by 62% with a nearly 8% interest rate for more months on a loan. We refinanced with GA's Own at 6% with more months, a VSC for half the price at $3200, & GAP half the price fully refundable at $599. I did not want to leave a review but wanted the owner Dahlia Ashcar to be aware but was met with a NASTY attitude in return so the review needed to be made. Stay AWAY!!!!!! More
I bought a car from this dealer a week ago and a few days after I get a check engine light. I took into a dealer to get it looked at and tech found NO oil in the engine which caused the check engine light. I after I get a check engine light. I tried to call Alfa Romeo which they said that their inspection said that an oil change was not needed, even though the salesman Michael said every vehicle gets an oil change. But when I called back Michael is no longer with the dealer. They refused to take responsibility for the lack of oil in the engine. I would not ever deal with this dealer again and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for their shady business practice. More

They are a very professional & dedicated group of employees that have collectively earned my loyalty as a customer as well as my repeat, future business. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, respectful, clear and succinct with just the right touch of genuine friendly dialogue including the service & parts dept, and even the detailing/prep guys: I couldn’t be happier with our new purchase: 2022 Stelvio Ti! My husband and I had such a positive experience that from now on, we will exclusively be ‘An Alfa Family!’ I’ve already recommended Alfa Romeo to friends, family and coworkers and also can’t wait for our next purchase! -Thank you guys very much for making my first Alfa purchase the best auto purchase I’ve ever had, we’ll be back!
