This included a 10% discount due to me asking why it was so expensive compared to other locations. When I asked the service manager for some kind of explanation for the $200 increase, she shared that there was nothing she could do about it. I also had an auto start/stop malfunction light that came on the morning of my appt. I asked them to check it out. I was informed that there would be an additional diagnostic fee for that. Every other Alfa service I’ve had done didn’t charge for diagnostic if a service was performed. Overall really disappointed in Alfa of Daytona. I would drive hours to a different before spending triple for an oil change. More
I phoned the dealership to schedule a service appointment for routine maintenance and warranty issues with my car. I inquired about their loaner vehicle program. The woman I spoke to advised she appointment for routine maintenance and warranty issues with my car. I inquired about their loaner vehicle program. The woman I spoke to advised she would forward my info to their loaner vehicle coordinator and he would contact me to schedule. Three days went by with no call back, so I phoned them back and explained my situation to Jasmine. She apologized and assured me she would forward my info to a service advisor and they would contact me to schedule. After four more days and no phone call from a service advisor, I phoned the dealership and asked to speak with the service department manager to inquire as to why no one has contacted me back. I was advised by the gentleman I spoke to that the service manager would contact me. After four more days of waiting, I have still not received a call back from their service manager. Quite frankly, after all of this initial incompetence, I would not bring my vehicle into this dealership if they paid me to do it. If they cannot simply communicate with their customer base, I don’t see them providing professional care for my vehicle. I’ll find a reputable Alfa Romeo dealer elsewhere. More
