I received great service (as always) from Sophia and the service technicians including unplanned repairs that were quickly addressed. The car is brand new and the customer service rep tried to sell me on a bunch of unnecessary items. He was also incredibly rude and short with me. I didn’t feel like a customer but a number. Good but not great. Service can be very slow -- in two senses of the word. First, servicing your vehicle takes a long time. If you bring your car first thing in the morning you won't get it back before late afternoon, no matter what the actual amount of work required. And woe be unto you if a part is needed, as they don't have many parts on hand. In that case, you'll have to come back when they get it. Second, it takes them an exceptionally long time to deal with customers.I waited 20 minutes when all I needed to do was pick up my car! It's also worth mentioning that they do not give out loaners for Alfa Romeo owners. Unfortunately, there are few places where you can get an Alfa serviced. They know this, and take advantage. That said, Sofia is very friendly and does her best in difficult circumstances. More
I had my car serviced on weds nov 9. I asked for the mainanance check and oul chance. The car has 33,000 miles. Christopher, my service rep, instead focused on my tires(which were in nee I asked for the mainanance check and oul chance. The car has 33,000 miles. This Saturday I woke up to a violently shaking car with a check engine light on. I’m very disappointed that this could have been addressed on nov 9. Seriously considering changing dealerships to service my car. More
