Paid for a A- pillar recall item. Dealer sent in paperwork for reimbursement. Never received reimbursement check. Dealer won’t return calls. Manager won’t respond. Have had 4 Explorer Dealer sent in paperwork for reimbursement. Never received reimbursement check. Dealer won’t return calls. Manager won’t respond. My service advisor David was great. I had the works service and as I had 57,000 miles on the car l felt my brakes may need to be replaced. David texted me the pictures and I did need bra I had the works service and as I had 57,000 miles on the car l felt my brakes may need to be replaced. David texted me the pictures and I did need brakes and wiper blades replaced, also ordered new hubcaps from your parts department and when they rotated the tires and did the brakes installed new hubcaps.
