I have made this my go to dealership for service for three Ford vehicles that I own. Something has changed with the service department when ownership changed and it was not for the better. I took my v three Ford vehicles that I own. Something has changed with the service department when ownership changed and it was not for the better. I took my vehicle for service and there was no service writer present, I stood there for 15 minutes along with another customer until I went to the front and asked the switchboard operator if they could get someone in service to help me out so I could drop off my vehicle, they walked back to service with me and were able to get someone to write up my vehicle for service. I asked for the standard routine service, oil change, rotate the tires. They were good with this until I also asked to include balancing the tires (Road Force) and check the alignment, the response they gave me was we cannot do that until Wednesday or Thursday of next week. This is not a major undertaking so I was not expecting this response as all my prior service issues have been taken care without this type of delay even if the vehicle had to be left overnight. The service department did perform the oil change and rotation of the tires but another dealer picked up my vehicle and performed the additional work. More
