There was a problem of overspray on my new mustang that I thought may not be taken care of properly. I was a bit worried at first. But when I arrived to the dealership - I met with Ryal and he was very at thought may not be taken care of properly. I was a bit worried at first. He addressed the managers right away and even had someone from service dept. look at the problem. It wasn't too long after that my car was taken care of. I was again worried that the quality of work on my car will be sub par - but it was awesome. They detailed the vehicle and removed the overspray - even polished and waxed it for me. There's not one scratch or swirl mark. I gave the guys that worked on my vehicle a big tip. And in the future I will have no worried working with Ryal, his manager Martin and All American Ford again. Ryal was an outstanding sales person to work with. He was low keyed and not at all like the stereotype of typical car salesman.
