2018 F 150 no crank no start I am very satisfied with the service on my truck . This problem occurred before and I was forced by Roadside assistance to go to another Dealer or I am very satisfied with the service on my truck . The service bill had already been paid in full, but we had asked if anyone could assist my husband with loading and explained he had just gotten out of the hospital, we stated they could add to the bill and we would pay in cash today for the help. The unfriendly man at the desk picked up the phone, made a call and replied no. We are long time Ford buyers and recently purchased a 2018 F450 King Ranch, but will never return or recommend this Ford dealership to anyone. More

Took way too long for basic service I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, fluid check and a couple other basic services. I told the staff ahead of time I had an 8 am appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, fluid check and a couple other basic services. I told the staff ahead of time I was saying during the service and was only one of two people in the waiting room. It took three and a half hours for them to finish and there seemed to be no sense of urgency and this isn’t the first time this has happened. I don’t understand why the purpose is of scheduling appointments if it’s going to take half the day. More

I called All state back to find out if there was something else that needed to be repaired, I was told the mechanic was testing another car and they would call me back in 15 minutes. That was a TUESDAY. By the following Monday I had not heard anything, so I called them back and again was told they would call me back in 30 minutes. Hours went by and I called back that afternoon and was told again they would call me back in 30 minutes. I received a phone call the next day. They repaired the issue and when it was returned, they had broken another part of my car and it now has been over a week since I have received a phone call back from them about this issue. More

Worst Service Dept EVER!!! We dropped our Edge off for service and diagnostics and had I not called back in to ask of the progress we may still being waiting to hear from them. They had no concern for our time and never even attempted to explain why we had an appointment on Wednesday and they didn't start the work til Friday. Why do you set appointments? was my question with no answer!! NEVER will I go there again. I would suggest finding a different Service Department maybe one that shows a little respect for their customers! More
