Catalitic converter issues Bought 2 vehicular in a 2 week period. Second one had catalitic converter issues which the wanted me to pay half of repair charges ( 300.00 dollars ) Bought 2 vehicular in a 2 week period. Second one had catalitic converter issues which the wanted me to pay half of repair charges ( 300.00 dollars ) which refused. They paid for first converter issue however it had 2 converters and they refused to pay for repairs. I will have to pay full price for repairs. I will NEVER be back to this dealership. Service Mgr and general manager need retraining on how to deal with the public. More

Whoever evaluated my trade tried to lowball my under 20,000 miles. They used the KBB fair condition and offered $12,500. PNC my bank informed me before we went to dealer that he car was worth between $17,000 and $19,000. and not to take less. Checked out similar vehicles online like mine and dealers were selling them used for $19,000 - $21,000. I was pre-approved for up to $50,000 by my bank before we went to Lynch. We wanted new, but looked at a $24,000. used truck. The deal was offered to me at about $31,000. As we were leaving the manger asked how far off were we, I told him about $5,000.. He did not make a counter offer so we left. The other issue is that for a new vehicle I could have gotten incentives, but the used offered no such thing. Just not happy with wasting 3 plus hours and them trying to get something for nothing. More

I had my car towed from the side of the interstate to Lynch Nisan after it overheated. The serviceman called the next day with a repairs starting at $1600. I don't have that kind of money so I had the Lynch Nisan after it overheated. The serviceman called the next day with a repairs starting at $1600. I don't have that kind of money so I had the car towed to my house and located another mechanic. He towed the vehicle to his shop. Total repairs were $200 and the diagnosis was definitely different. To make matters worse, the serviceman offered to buy my vehicle from me for his wife to drive. He tried to scam me! He knew the repairs would not cost as much as I was quoted. I will not recommend Lynch Nissan service to anyone and I will tell anyone who has a Nissan not to take it to them for repairs. More

I greatly appreciate the team at Lynch Nissan. Robert was always able to answer my questions and provide great service. If the questions were to required other staff members to assist or answer he made sure always able to answer my questions and provide great service. The manager at Lynch was also very helpful and gave great insight to make sure that experience was a great one. The staff that assisted in the closing sale were very friendly and professional as well. I believe although this was a new experience for me, I was taken care of with ease, which made it a lot smoother and me comfortable. I didnt feel like they were attempting to just sale a car but make sure my needs and wants were meet through quality. More

After graduating from college, and getting her career started, my daughter was ready for her "first car". We almost bought from another Nissan dealership in Birmingham, but they jerked us around on the p started, my daughter was ready for her "first car". We contacted Scott about a Nissan Altima at their store that had all the equipment and options that my daughter was looking for. After a terrible, but valuable, learning experience at the other dealership, it was very refreshing for my daughter to buy her first car from Lynch Nissan. Since we live in Georgia, Scott and I concluded the entire deal via phone or email. Scott was very professional and helpful. He stated what he would do, and did what he said. When we arrived at their dealership, Scott and all the other staff seemed very friendly to me and my daughter. Even though we were from out of state, there were absolutley no surprises during the buy. Everything was in order, just as he said it would be. I could not have asked for a better place for my daughter to experience her first "new car" transaction. Thanks to all the guys at Lynch Nissan who made Amy's day very special ! More
