They are trustworthy and honest and gave me a good price and trade-in on my vehicles. They contacted me continually as my car was getting built and let me know as soon as it came in. The quote i was sent via text was short by $600 labor. I was extremely shocked to get an $1100 bill when I was quoted and expected a $500 bill. The maintenance personnel are professional but they tend to be sloppy when working and do not pay attention to details. When I picked up my truck and opened the hood, the battery terminal cover was left on to be sloppy when working and do not pay attention to details. When I picked up my truck and opened the hood, the battery terminal cover was left on the engine bay on the cowl. Cleanup after service is usually required when I bring the truck home. Also had tires rotated and the manual states cross rotation, but the dealer went front to back. I expect the dealer to follow the manufacturers manual. Parts also have a large markup compared to purchasing online. But that is the case with most dealers. More
