Service for oil changes has been good. My dealings with Mark have always been good if not great. Dealings with Jesse on the other hand on warranty work have been nothing short of terrible. Does not call back, does not call when your vehicle is ready, tells me he can’t find the parts but I call another dealership and they can, can’t give me loaner vehicle, has my truck for three weeks and was still not fixed after he said it was. The list goes on. It’s actually quite pitiful! More

They were able to pay off our trade in, get us a lower interest rate than expected and get the monthly payment lower than the maximum I had in mind. We were dreading trading/buying in this market but our interest rate than expected and get the monthly payment lower than the maximum I had in mind.
