There were a number of issues with purchase of my new vehicle. They extended from the salesperson to the sales manager to the service department. And when I submitted a letter outlining the issues I expe vehicle. They extended from the salesperson to the sales manager to the service department. And when I submitted a letter outlining the issues I experienced, I expected a call or response from the general manager and that did not happen. I was treated very well when I purchased my first vehicle from this dealership and was excited to return and purchase a new vehicle. After this last experience I will not be returning to Alphorn Ford ever in the future. It seems they value money over service. More
