The last two times my car was in for service. Was sold a Lincoln with locking security wheels. Needed to have the locking nuts removed and replaced with standard. I drove back to Illinois and got it done immediately at Freeport Ford for less than Alphorn quoted. Truthfully, we were very happy with our Lincoln purchase with Ryan Alexander at Alphorn, but will likely purchase our next truck from Bryden or Freeport Ford because the service department isnt as good. If cant help with a 15 minute job due to staffing and offer me days out, I feel more secure using another dealership for service. More
