I booked a service appointment through the app, I received several texts stating that someone would contact me to discuss my needs for the upcoming visit. I brought my vehicle in for service and Aiden checked me in and entered all my concerns into my vehicle ticket. He contacted me when the vehicle was complete and went over the results of the inspections. Communication continues to be a problem when vehicle service is needed. You have several people sitting at computers that stare at people when they walk into the service department. Get rid of the 3% charge for using a credit card. Aiden was professional and respectful and may be the only individual who understands the importance of customer service. More
