Service rep was sarcastic to me more than once. After 6 days a when I asked if the parts had arrived to complete the repair on my 2024 AT4X, I was told it was a minimum of 6 days. I asked if you track the part shipment I was told no. After parts arrived, work didn’t start for 3-4 days. After the repair was complete, I was waiting for the porter to bring up my truck I watched the porter trying to maneuver my truck out of the parking space for approx 10 minutes and I said to service rep that I didn’t think he would be able to get it out the spot and she replied that it was better than crashing my truck. When asked if the turbo oil leak could damage the engine, I was told no with no explanation. I have started to look at alternate dealers that can service My truck and sell me the next one. More

I brought my car in the first time on a Sunday night for an 8:00 appt Monday morning. I got a call Monday at 1:30 saying they hadn't even started on my car yet. They would need to hold it overnight because an 8:00 appt Monday morning. I got a call Monday at 1:30 saying they hadn't even started on my car yet. They would need to hold it overnight because it was likely a 4 hour job. I needed my car that evening, so I had to go back and pick it up and then bring it back in the next week. Super frustrating because it requires a lot of coordination (we have 5 kids) to take my car in. Having to bring it in twice made things a lot more complicated for us. More
