Trinidad was very helpful in getting my pathfinder in immediately. It had broken down on the side of the highway. It was fixed faster than anticipated which made me very happy. Disappointed. I called and was quoted $460 for a pretty major service and when I arrived for my appointment it was $600. I did not accept any additional service items so this was a straight-up bait and swi major service and when I arrived for my appointment it was $600. They get the job done: service writer was friendly and my oil seems to have been changed correctly (although I'm unsure how I would know if it wasn't). oil seems to have been changed correctly (although I'm unsure how I would know if it wasn't). More

The invoice he My 87 year old father took his 2013 Nissan Sentra in today for an oil change. He was charged for more labor and parts than he expected. The invoice he received says "at your request we performed Valvoline brake fluid service". He told me he never asked them to do a brake test. The cost of that was $140. The car only has 11,100 miles on it, why did he need his brake fluid replaced? The also charged him for oil and fuel additives, something he would never ask for or need. And of course they found something wrong with his rear wheel cylinder, which they asked him to prepay for the part. Can't imagine what the labor would cost to replace that part. They took total advantage of my elderly parent. He went in only expecting to pay for an oil change. After this visit was all said and done he was out $342. Be aware. Tell your elderly parents or relatives to stay far away from Larry H. Miller Nissan's Service Department. More
Worst service possible. What topped it was 2 people inviting me to call to discuss my concerns, one almost a year later, but then neither responded to my contact attempts. Be very careful about anythin inviting me to call to discuss my concerns, one almost a year later, but then neither responded to my contact attempts. Be very careful about anything you sign - they are not transparent and will slip in extra charges ! More

I called this dealership and the salesperson I spoke with sounded unresponsive to my inquiry. I visited the location late in the evening and was obliged by a different salesperson. I test drove a few vehic sounded unresponsive to my inquiry. I visited the location late in the evening and was obliged by a different salesperson. I test drove a few vehicles then told the salesperson which one I preferred. I did not make a decision and we did not go over any numbers on any vehicle as I was waiting for my salesperson to research a detail I had directly expressed was of importance to me. I submitted a credit application without making a final choice. Both the salesperson and the finance manager told me they would get back to me by after noon the next day. I did not hear from anyone, so assumed I was not approved. Not to mention, I did not want to chase them down to give them my business. I figured if they can't keep their word with me then I have no reason to offer my confidence to do business with them. Consequently, I contacted another dealership to find a situation that might work better for me, but was really just tired of all the drama of shopping with dealers. At eleven the second morning the salesperson from Nissan called me. I was very put off by this and told him off. Within minutes I received a voicemail from some manager named Steve telling me my car was ready, that they had approved me for one that I never confirmed I wanted to buy. I actually thought that would happen after I was approved for a loan. I called Steve and asked him what car he was talking about and told him I never said I wanted that car. I told him they lost my business the prior afternoon by not communicating with and following up with me, not to mention they were now telling me what car I was supposed to buy. I never did get the answer I needed about that car from the salesperson, so thought that was underhanded. The funny thing is the finance manager had attempted to have me leave my own car and take his personal vehicle home the night I stopped in. Like he was sending a limo for me, or something. I thought this was pretty weird. Why in the world would I need to drive that guy's car home unless I was being manipulated? Good thing I didn't. Could have put me in a liability situation any way. To sum it up, I am not getting gouged for a loan on a $25,000 vehicle while receiving ridiculous customer service. What a complete waste of time. More
