Called with serious questions to purchase a 2026 Custom Silverado 1500. Was upfront with what I was willing to spend. Received a call from Juan letting know the price of the car out the door. Overall price was more than the published price online.(I also know taxes, licensing & fees still needed to be added). I also had a trade in that appraised on Edmund's for dealer trade in for more than they were willing give (approx. 20% less). Regardless the offer was several thousand dollars more than I was willing to spend, but when I mentioned that, he would ask “ what if we lowered it to this? Or this?” He then basically hung up on me, so I didn’t pursue the sale any further and chose to use Chase Chevrolet in Stockton instead. More
