I leased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Anaheim Hyundai on 1/22/2026 and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The main issue was the dealership’s handling of an aftermarket KAR Hyundai on 1/22/2026 and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The main issue was the dealership’s handling of an aftermarket KARR security system. The Palisade already comes with a factory Hyundai alarm/security system, yet Anaheim Hyundai installed and charged for an additional KARR system. That might be acceptable if it were clearly disclosed as optional and explained with a real consumer rationale. It wasn’t. I was not given a clear explanation of why a second alarm was necessary, what incremental benefit it provides over the factory system, or a meaningful opportunity to make an informed decision. It felt like an add-on pushed through the transaction rather than a transparent choice. The sales process also took more than four hours, which created unnecessary fatigue and pressure. I expect a professional dealership to run a clean, efficient transaction—especially for a buyer who is prepared and not indecisive. Delivery was the final frustration. Despite the car being “ready,” it was not properly cleaned. Even with rain that day, there was still visible dirt/mud splash, which is basic prep that should not be missed. Advice to other buyers: demand a written, itemized list of all add-ons before you arrive, confirm in writing whether each one is optional, and compare it against factory equipment. If the dealership can’t provide that transparency up front, don’t proceed. I would not recommend Anaheim Hyundai based on this experience. More

Walked into the dealership on sunday morning and the manager greeted us immediately with a wide smile on his face and introduced us to Miguel who was very helpful. He gave us a quick rundown of what to expect from the Elantra we were looking at and even allowed us to go for a test drive even though we didn't say we were there to buy! Needless to say, we ended up going home with a new car that day all thanks to Miguel! Also shoutout to the manager that went out of his way to use his own money to buy us a bottle of water from the vending machine! Great customer service and would highly recommend others to visit this dealership! More

Purchased my 2025 Palisade Calligraphy edition in January from this dealer - nearly $70k vehicle. Car only has 2600 miles on her. Went to have a recall addressed and was told it needed an alignment. Wanted from this dealer - nearly $70k vehicle. Car only has 2600 miles on her. Went to have a recall addressed and was told it needed an alignment. Wanted to charge me $200 for the alignment- car only has 2600 miles- barely driven and never hit any curbs or potholes. Service rep- Jonathan was abrupt, didn’t seem to care about my concern and dismissed me addressing the low mileage and cost of their alignment price. Having an expensive extended warranty- you think he would have been more attentive to my concern and worked with me- NOPE! Didn’t care and when I told him I had called tire shops and their price, which was significantly lower, he told me he used to manage a Firestone location and an 18 year old did the alignments. Apparently that was supposed to appease me and not question their price. Waiting for more recall parts and won’t be back to this dealership. More
