I leased Hyundai Ioniq 5 and returned my prior vehicle, ioniq 6 on 7/20/25. Dealer / sales person agreed to pay my last month due for ioniq6 if I lease a new car with them. I leased new ioniq5 there on the ioniq 6 on 7/20/25. Dealer / sales person agreed to pay my last month due for ioniq6 if I lease a new car with them. I leased new ioniq5 there on the same day. I got 8dollar discount on my monthly due. I asked the sales person if the amount is the final monthly amount after tax and any fees, he said yes the amount is the final amount including taxes and fees. I signed the lease agreement that shows the same amount that we agreed on and paid $3000 drive off amount. When I got my first bill in the mail, the monthly amount was not what we agreed. It was more than what was on the lease agreement that we signed. I called Hyundai financing, they said it is tax rate that caused the change, and the financing wouldn't know when we sign the contract until I get the bill. But it is a common sense that the drive off amount includes the first installment amount. Because you paid the amount in lump sum you won't know how much first installment was actually charged with the drive off. The customer service transferred me to the back office and the guy said the same thing. He said to take it to the dealer to find out what happened. I called the dealer and the operator put me to the financing dept when I asked for the sales person (I already deleted the sales person contact not knowing this would happen). The financing never answered the phone. I had to hung up and call the dealer again to be put through to the financing again. I did this about 4-5times but failed to talk to anybody. I decided to personally visit the dealer on the weekend and when I get there the same salesperson was there. I told him the story He didn't even bother to say sorry. He tried to find out what happended but came back and said it is what it is 🤷♂️. I tried to have him solve this problem because I wouldn't have leased the car with the amount that I was billed with. The manager walked by and asked if I needed any help. I explained. He offered to give us free charging access to their charger at the dealer. I remembered the sales person told us it would take 6hours to fully charge a vehicle there. I refused. The manager offered to write us a check in the amount of the differences. I took the offer. It was on an weekend. They said the accounting will be in the office on Monday and they will follow up with them and let me know. It is now Thursday. They waited until I contacted the sales person to follow up. I still have not received the check after a week. I also received a payment confirmation for the monthly payment on the prior vehicle, ioniq6. It was supposed to be closed when I returned the car to the dealer when I leased the new vehicle. Apparently the payment was not made by the dealer and the account was not closed properly. I had to call the financing company and my bank to dispute the payment. The dealer's poor service and unprofessionally handled matter made me waste my time and money. Also charging money not letting me know and made me sign the contract is breach of contract. More
Reached out for an out the door quote and the salesperson just referred me to their website which wasn't helpful at all. Then general sales manager reached out to me and was very pushy in trying to get me to just referred me to their website which wasn't helpful at all. Then general sales manager reached out to me and was very pushy in trying to get me to come in and when I asked him to give me a quote, he wouldn't give me one either and told me a quote I got from another dealership was wrong. Then when I bought from the other dealership he assumed I got a different color and that they sold me an "old unit" when I was buying the current year model More

Anaheim Hyundai must realize they have a reputation problem , what are they doing to fix it? Nothing but having their business manager post responses. I saw a car listed online and was going to go to problem , what are they doing to fix it? Nothing but having their business manager post responses. I saw a car listed online and was going to go to the dealership to view it . After reading reviews and viewing the fine print on Car Gurus, I decided it is not worth my time. I am totally turned off with these ridiculous add -ons that are worthless and overpriced. Management knows people hate 4000 dollar mark ups and have decided to do nothing about it. Numerous Hyundai dealerships in the OC do this. I have been to Huntington Beach Hyundai and Garden Grove Hyundai and they both do this. These extras that these dealers put on the cars are an instant no go for this guy. More
So, I contacted this dealership on May 14, 2025 about a used Ram 2500 they had for sale. I made arrangements with Christian one of their salesmen to go in and see the truck and purchase it on the following used Ram 2500 they had for sale. I made arrangements with Christian one of their salesmen to go in and see the truck and purchase it on the following Saturday. The day comes along and I text Christian to check and make sure the truck was still at their dealership and was told yes and that he would have it ready for me when we got there. My wife and I drove 2.5 hours to get there and were told that they just sold the truck and all they had was a newer one with more miles on it and for $4k more. We decided to take it for a test drive and crunch some numbers to see where we were at as far as payments. At the end we decided to go through with the purchase after taking all add-ons off to lower the price. I told the salesman that the truck was on E and it need to be filled up, because all my past auto purchases came with full tanks of gas. He said that they would take care of it while we were in with financing and have it ready for us when we were done. That never happened, their porter was supposedly gone for the night. In financing I had to sign a document that stated that it was a law that there was a front license plate on the vehicle and that they would put one on... Another thing that the salesman missed on getting finished. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone... I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the sales manager worked to get us into the truck because they didn't have the one we came in for. More

Used cars from Anaheim Hyundai? Never again. I asked for pricing—got it. Then I asked for bogus add-ons like the dealership GPS, appearance package, and “Forever Start” (already Never again. I asked for pricing—got it. Then I asked for bogus add-ons like the dealership GPS, appearance package, and “Forever Start” (already included by the previous owner) to be removed from the price. I was told no across the board. To make matters worse, dealerships like Anaheim Hyundai, try justifying inflated pricing by blaming tariffs. Let’s be clear: vehicles already in the U.S. are NOT subject to tariffs and shouldn’t cost more. You need to quit profiteering from customers. Anaheim Hyundai isn’t just overcharging—they’re misleading. I won’t be buying from them, I won’t be recommending them, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how this dealership operates. More
