I had purchased my Subaru Outbacks from Bald Hill in Warwick RI because I worked in the area. That changed so I searched for a new dealer, I found Anchor Subaru in North Smithfild and started going the Warwick RI because I worked in the area. The Service Advisors and staff are friendly and very helpful, I am completly satisfied with the service. When it is time to replace my existing 2005 I will look at another Outback from Anchor, it will be my 5th Outback. More

I have gone to the service department before. They service the vehicle on schedule and complete the work needed. I need to return in 2 months to get my brake pads changed under the waranttee, they ex service the vehicle on schedule and complete the work needed. I need to return in 2 months to get my brake pads changed under the waranttee, they explained this to me so that I could understand what the issue was...........ie: thickness of the brake pads. Overall, the experience was excellent. A very nice feature is that they hand wash your car as part of the service, this is done at no charge to the customer. I'm sure it doesn't cost them an arm and a leg to do this, but customers really appreciate this feature...........I know, I do! Thank you More
