It was made easy to have the vehicle checked out by my own mechanic by bringing it down for his inspection - a pretty fair distance. Gladimir followed up on communications with great courtesy and promptness. When we wanted some additional work done on the vehicle before completing the purchase, they were very fair and reasonable about the additional charge. In completing the final paperwork, registration, title, etc., Paulette Matteson was patient, informative and helpful. Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. Thank you to you all. We plan on enjoying our "new" car. More
The reason for the service was a windshield replacement due to a road hazard crack. The logistical issues of ordering the windshield, setting up an appointment, arranging for a ride to & from work (25 mil due to a road hazard crack. The logistical issues of ordering the windshield, setting up an appointment, arranging for a ride to & from work (25 miles each way )were all done by Debbie. What a delight it was dealing with this young lady. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who knows what is going on, ( she was not just someone answering the phone ), when I had a scheduling conflict, she knew how to solve the issue without skipping a beat. Also the dealership has a shuttle bus which provided the ride to & from work, the shuttle driver was also courteous & pleasant. More
Brought my forester in for service after finding out my axle was broken they gave me a rental car for free! After helping me throught every step of the process and keeping me informed of where we were at axle was broken they gave me a rental car for free! stay away from this dealer.Brought my 2010 forester to service dept,because tire was destroyed due to a road hazard.Dealer refuses to honor subaru gold plus warranty which clearly covers this.After contac service dept,because tire was destroyed due to a road hazard.Dealer refuses to honor subaru gold plus warranty which clearly covers this.After contactin warranty claims,I received a reimbursement check.After leaving dealership,I discovered they put there liscense plate frame on my car without my permission.Service dept. needs to be educated on warranty issues. I Purchased a 3rd party warranty with used S10 truck from this dealer. When the truck broke down (under warranty), this dealer charged for diagnostics and refused to repair the truck under the warranty. I ha this dealer. Incompetent, poor service. Service personnel trying to sell unnecessary services. Work not completed when promissed. Wrong and conflicitng information provided by different people. Amazing experience, we developed an issue with our car that other shops could not fix. They were able to fix it the first time, and for a good price. First I must say that the sales team was great at selling me a vehicle, my problem started with the service team and escalated from there. Purchased a used vehicle with 35,000 miles that developed a cold st me a vehicle, my problem started with the service team and escalated from there. Purchased a used vehicle with 35,000 miles that developed a cold start problem. To make a long ( very long ) story short... Dealer was unable to resolve the problem with the car and pretty much just denied it even happens. Dealt directly with the owners in the final days of my ordeal and i'll tell you to stay away from this place. Had no car for 16 day's, 16 consecutive day's ! Was told the vehicle was fixed a couple time but upon arrival to pick it up the following morning's it would just stall on me upon start up, the reason it was there in the first place. Owner tried to tell me I did not have a warranty anymore when in fact I did and was forced to produce my paperwork to prove it, salesman hung up on me when he called several weeks later to see how my car was....don't call me if you don't want to here my problems...yes, they called me and than hung up on me ! No offer for a loaner vehicle of any sort, not even an appology from anyone in the building from service desk to owner...I could go on and on but if you want anymore info contact me.
