Subject: Formal Complaint Against Ancira Nissan for Potential Tampering and Unethical Practices To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ancira Nissan in San Antoni Potential Tampering and Unethical Practices To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Ancira Nissan in San Antonio, TX. On May 17, 2025, I returned to Ancira to sell my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder, which I had originally purchased from the same dealership in August 2024. Lou the sales agent asked for my car keys to inspect the vehicle, after a 20-minute vehicle inspection, I was offered $26,000. When I questioned the valuation, the salesperson took my driver's license and car keys, implying paperwork would begin. After some delay, they returned with the same offer and my documents and car keys were returned to me only after I insisted multiple times I wanted my belongings back. Later that same day, I visited CarMax, where I received an offer of $32,000. During their inspection, CarMax staff discovered that the OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) port had been intentionally disconnected, with its cables visibly cut. This raised serious concerns, as Ancira was the only entity to inspect the vehicle since purchase. I returned to Ancira and reported the missing OBD port. The sales manager acknowledged it was gone but denied any responsibility. I made clear that no one else had accessed or driven the vehicle since its purchase. The salesperson then oddly shifted the conversation to offering me more money—asking what CarMax offered me, even though I hadn’t disclosed that to them. I am alarmed by the possibility of tampering with my vehicle during their inspection and concerned by their coercive tactics and evasiveness. The removal of the OBD port is not only unethical but may violate state or federal laws. I respectfully request an investigation into Ancira Nissan for: 1. Possible tampering with vehicle components. 2. Withholding personal documents to pressure a sale. 3. Using deceptive sales tactics to manipulate the transaction More

Most excellent Kudos to Cameron Vu and Randall Rodriguez for making it easy 😄… Cameron explained all the digital controls on the vehicle, the service department job, and ensured the vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. He has the potential to be a great people’s person .. As for Randall, semper fi, he took me to every step of the financing process with an excellent loan rate. He explained all the different packages available for the pathfinder. Unfortunately, did not take any, cause my wife gave me very precise orders on that (she is a retired lawyer) 😄😄.. in closing, Cameron and Randall, thank you both for being true professionals….. you are all 5 stars in my book … More

On December 28th, 2023, I brought my Infiniti to Ancira Nissan for a routine oil change. I have used Ancira for the past eight years. I was a loyal customer, giving them high recommendations in the past. B Nissan for a routine oil change. I have used Ancira for the past eight years. I was a loyal customer, giving them high recommendations in the past. But sadly, they were not loyal to me. I received a call from the service advisor that my vehicle was ready for pickup. He also informed me that my central drive belt was torn and needed to be replaced. The service tech sent him a photo to show me. There were eight other recommendations totaling around 3k. What concerned me was the technician didn’t check my tire pressure or top off all my fluids, but they were quick to recommend 3k worth of repairs. I then arrived shortly after that and met with the service advisor. He showed me a photo of the broken belt and told me that part of it had broken off my central drive belt. The service technician also wrote on the “customer detailed copy” that I had a torn belt. I declined all their recommendations. When I arrived home, I inspected my central drive belt, and it was intact and had no damage. I then called the service advisor and asked for a photo. After receiving the photo, I sent the picture to a neighbor who used to be an ASE Certified Tech for his opinion. I then drove my vehicle to his garage, and we used his 4-post car lift to inspect my vehicle. He also confirmed there is no damage to the central drive belt. We also reviewed every recommendation on the CDC; my vehicle only needed rear brakes. I then met with the service manager on December 30th, 2023, to discuss my concerns. In that meeting, he told me he asked the tech if that piece of torn belt came from my central drive belt, and the tech told him that it did. He asked me to bring in my vehicle on January 2nd so he could inspect and confirm any damage or tear from the central drive belt. He and 4 other techs confirmed there were no signs of physical damage. While we were in the garage, another employee named Travis arrived and inspected my belt, and he insulted me by saying that the broken belt was already there because it came from another belt. Not only did Ancira Nissan take responsibility for misrepresenting needed repairs, but they also told me that my accusation was unfounded. I have a photo and written evidence (photos will upload) from them that I had a torn belt that mt belt needed to be replaced. What would your perception and suspicion be if this were your vehicle? If they make recommendations on needed repairs, you better confirm before authorizing. I LOST ALL TRUST with Ancira Nissan. More
