I asked to speak with the salesperson who sold me the car and was told she was busy and would return my call later, which she never did. I called again a second time and the person I spoke with was very rude, telling me it wasn’t his job to help me and that I should contact Honda directly since the car was still under warranty. Then he hung up on me. I really can't understand why a dealership would treat their customers so poorly, not to mention the fact that a brand new car stopped working, which is alarming in itself. Of course I'd never recommend Anderson Honda to anyone. Instead, if you're considering buying a new car, I strongly recommend to take your business somewhere else that actually values and respects its customers. Buying a car is a big decision, and you deserve better than this. More
Took advantage of my Senior parents, trading a loaded Honda Odyssey came in for a battery for a CR-V and selling them enough warranties so that they were getting back less than $300. Selling them the new car before the trade-in offer and not offering vulnerable seniors a cooling off period. General Manager wouldn't call me after I sent him a letter, but rather had an underling call to try to defend the trade in price they gave them ($40k) for a loaded Odyssey with less than $1k miles. Shameful. More

Disappointed After a Great Start Initially, Artur was friendly and helpful when I bought my Honda CRV. He assured us the duct-taped key just needed a battery and seemed professional overall.
