I called Oct 19 to check and see what it would cost to replace a tire. Janet Forquer told me I had purchased a special tire warranty and the tire replacement would be free. I was so pleasantly surprised replace a tire. Janet Forquer told me I had purchased a special tire warranty and the tire replacement would be free. I was so pleasantly surprised and happy. Went in today had the tire replaced and found out that Janet was just a condescending liar. It was not free. She LIED. Why lie? To get more business? Janet Forquer was condescending and unpleasant. It must be really fun for her to lie to people and watch their disappointment at the service counter. I should have know she was a horrible person. She was really rude until she got back on the line Oct 19 and then sweetly said we had free tire replacement. All just to be mean and scamming to get business. Then the service dept told me my tire sensor was also ruined and must be replaced. I didn't have the money to pay for the tire and the $250 sensor. But guess what when I left my sensor worked just fine. So more scamming trying to make money off of hard working people. Disgusted by Anderson Toyota. My family has purchased vehicles there for years. Never again. Service manager Ryan was just as useless as Janet. HE SAID WHY SHOULD HE HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF THE TIRE JUST BECAUSE JANET WAS WRONG.
