I checked my car in at about 9:40am and my appointment was at 10am. Everything was fine at check in. Approximately an hour later my service representative came to me to ask me for my keys. I told him that was at 10am. Everything was fine at check in. Approximately an hour later my service representative came to me to ask me for my keys. I told him that I gave them to him at check in and that he handed them to the lady working with him. He left to check with her. He came back and stated that she had left with my keys. Even though they gave me a loaner, I couldn’t get in my home. I literally rode around for 3 1/2 hours. They compensated with a free oil change. I don’t think that was enough. The fact that someone left with my keys was very concerning and upsetting and definitely not acceptable. More

From the moment I called Joey till the time I drove off the lot everyone made me feel welcomed and special! Benton, Justin and Joe went above and beyond. Justin is a saint…he sat in the car with me for almost 2 hours setting up onstar/pairing my phone and showing me how everything worked. He even offered for me to come back in a few days for a refresher and to show me MORE things I can do with this vehicle. More

Brennan needs a printer. His most consistant words were "give me a minute"... due to printing and that xxxx Onstar. Onstar is General Motors pushing a product in my face. We just spent $40,000 and now General Motors wants more. NO...that's not good marketing and common sence. To have to sit and listen to a bunch of stuff we were "really" not interested in purchasing was not good. The offer and 30 day free trail would have been a better presentation through Paperwork or a brochure with a follow up by email. General Motors should stop filling our world with fillers...we have an over abundance of fillers and companies trying to prove how savey they are through technology. We trust in Andrews to repair the cars they sell. We have found Andrews service to be very complete, informative and beneficial. And furthermore, the employees of Andrews are exceptional. They are well trained...good and friendly people. Thank you Andrews Cadillace.! More
