I came to Andy Mohr's Nissan dealership on Lafyette St. in Indy to possibly buy a Nissan Frontier I had seen advertised online. I was immediately met by Mekhi with a friendly smile and handshake. He took me inside, got a little info from me and then said he would have the truck out front asap. This young man was nothing but fun to talk to and work with and explained any kind of question I had. We then went for a test drive. After the test-drive he introduced me to the Sales Manager Jack. We sat down and within 10 minutes they had a great deal worked out for me and gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. I really like my new truck as it was described perfectly online and by Mekhi. Both Mekhi and Jack were Super to deal with and answered every question I had. I couldn't have had a better experience, Thanks to their staff and dealership! More

I had an incredible experience with Micah. I originally called asking about in-house financing after another dealership backpedaled on my approval. My car was no longer safe to drive, and I needed something reliable. Micah told me to come see him and even waited for me to arrive. He was so personable and truly cared about helping me find a car I’d love. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. My amazing experience with him didn’t stop after he got the sale. He continued to go above and beyond well after that. He even helped me unload my things from my old car into the new one in the rain. I spent 3 weeks at a dealership trying to get a car, thinking that was a good experience.. yet here I walked in at 4, and had keys to my new car by 6. I had my heart set on a Malibu, and I’ll never forget when he told me he had a surprise—it was an approval for the exact car I wanted. The manager (whose name I unfortunately didn’t get) was also very kind and worked with me to lower the down payment to something within my budget. Me and my husband purchased a pre owned 2017 Honda Civic from Usman Ba at Andy Mohr in late February of 2025 and it has turned into nothing but issues with the dealership and General Manager. Two days after purchase I realized when the A/C was turned on that the air coming out was more hot than when the heat itself was turned on, so that following day I called Andy Mohr Nissan and explained the situation to Usman and they shortly after scheduled me an appointment to have the vehicle serviced and they offered to uber me around in the meantime. When I arrived the morning of my appointment, they had one of their auto mechanics notify me that the General Manager of the Andy Mohr Nissan said they would be charging me $180 just to have my vehicle seen and diagnosed, this is not to mention that when I purchased the vehicle it was contingent upon them fixing an already known issue with the trunk button inside the driver door which I now need to pay to have fixed...? None of this was told to me before arriving, and all of this is still with Andy Mohrs $30 additional a month, which makes you feel like your car is covered, but it most certainly is not. So far my entire experience with Andy Mohr Nissan has been short of pleasant and they seem very shady, when the mechanic spoke to me about the diagnosis fee he went as far as mentioning the issue being my compressor and gave me prices for them, to let me know what I would be responsible for and when I asked how they knew it was the compressor he said "that's what they said, you said, it was." More

My wife and I are looking for a used car for my son. My wife was texting with a "Jessica" because she saw a car on your Nissan lot. We drove the 45 minutes and got there at 4:15. A salesperson asked if we needed help. Said we are here to see Jessica. Salesperson said Jessica works weekday and wasn't at work that day. We asked about the car. He said it was sold 2 hours ago. We left. Bait and switch. My wife texted Jessica again and said we are on our way, 5 minutes out. Said we would ask for her when we get there. After calling her out that she wasn't there, she said she stepped out. She completely lied. The whole thing was lies. She lied and said she was at work and she wasn't at work. She lied that is was available at 3:30, when the salesman said it was sold at 2:30. BTW, I don't believe that either. I think this was bait and switch. This has happened at Andy Mohr before at a location in Plainfield. I should have known better this time, but I fell for it again. I will be leaving reviews everywhere possible. More
