The communication between the employees was non-existent. Scott the finance guy however was exceptional! Great communication explained everything clearly. Also the vehicle was absolutely filthy when I took it home. When I took it back they did finally do the interior detailing what should have been done before the car was even put out on the lot for customers to look at. They also tried to force me to pay for some outer car protectant for $1,600 which is one xxxx of a ripoff. Initially they told me this was non-negotiable. More
