I cannot say enough good things about Apple Ford in White Bear Lake, and especially Dean in the service department. I’m someone who lives for deals and discounts, so after hours of comparing shops all across the Twin Cities, I was beyond impressed that Dean not only honored Apple Ford’s “Low Price Tire Guarantee” without hesitation, but did so with a genuine smile. Unlike many dealerships that seem annoyed when you bring up their own advertised offers, Dean welcomed my questions and made sure I left feeling confident I got the very best value. On top of that, he applied my Military and First Responders discount code, and even took the time to let me know I qualified for a rebate—then showed me how to redeem it. That extra effort meant a lot. The new tires and four-wheel alignment made my 20-year-old vehicle feel like it just rolled off the lot. The difference is night and day, and I couldn’t be happier. My only regret is not discovering Apple Ford in White Bear Lake sooner. Between the unbeatable customer service, high-quality work, and competitive pricing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
