The sale person Gabe was friendly and professional, never needed to meet the manager, as with all my past vehicle purchases had to. to get all things done. Negotiation of purchase price was cordial and respectfully. No manager to meet was just great, as there was no change in plan and goal of purchase anyway. The least favor of the purchase was to sign papers with the financial guy. He was very dry and not friendly at all. Kept on trying to get me to buy the extended warranty and make me to explain to him my reasons not to buy. It ultimately is my choice, if I made a bad one, so be it. No need to explain all my reasons. More
