My wife and I made an appointment to test drive a specific new truck. They were not prepared for us nor was the truck. On a day with 90+ temps, most dealers we visited for test drives had the units i specific new truck. They were not prepared for us nor was the truck. On a day with 90+ temps, most dealers we visited for test drives had the units in front and running to cool down the cabins. Not here. We had to wait for them to bring it around. The sales advisor spent most of the time trying to sell us on another model that we continually explained we had no interest in. That said, we did get to test drive the vehicle we wanted and they did follow-up the next day to see how things went. disappointing first visit but we will likely give them a second chance. More
