My Review of Armstrong Toyota of Homestead:
first i had to practically write in a piece of paper I WANT 4 DOORS when the girl kept showing me 2 door cars. I was completely ripped off after a big ordeal to get a used car at 22,000 down to 20,000 later, i found a sales tag for 18,000 in my glove box. i asked for all scratchs to be removed and the sales manager signed this paper saying he would and gave me paint in a tube that didnt match! the tint (he added to get me to by the car asap) was cut wrong on the drivers side and the seat belts wont clip (after re-alighning the roof)! I love my car so i cannot complain to much. that is until i found out he was fired and not for me. oh and when my airbag light turned on i found out that my platinum bumper to bumper warranty was actually gold and he was no longer there to verify what he had stated! never again will i buy a car from them. however their service department is full of extreamly polite helpful people!!

My Review of Armstrong Toyota of Homestead:
BEWARE: I would NOT do business with this dealership!! I was very clear over the phone of the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. I spoke multiple times with Dennis, the internet sales manager. He quoted my a price for the vehicle. He was aware that I would be traveling a great distance to his dealership. After driving over 100 miles to the dealership, He changed the price significantly! This dealership was very UNPROFESSIONAL in their handling of the situation. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!

My Review of Armstrong Toyota of Homestead:
Dishonest dealer. offered best price, talked me out of buying and insisted I leased, told me it was a 3 year lease, I got ripped off. but I realized this only after i had signed the lease agreement based on what I had been told. They charged $5500 over MSRP and gave me a 5.5 year lease, I later discovered I had been ripped off, I could own the car for less than I am leasing. Stay away from this dealer, they will steal from you.
