Service Dept experience - This rates as one of the most horrible Customer Service experiences I have ever had. They all need Customer Service training very badly. No "please", no "thank you". No common courtesy whatsoever. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in or walk out. You feel as though you are bothering them. No one even called me to update me on my vehicle.....I had to call them multiple times. The day I was told my car would be ready I was leaving work early but just decided to call to let them know and was then told it wouldn't be ready. Shame on me for asking for a "loaner" and was told "no we don't have any", just as plain as that! this is a vehicle I lease from this location and the problem with the vehicle was not of my doing. I'm paying for the lease, the part is not available until???...... and I have no car.. No apology or anything. Its now my problem........nice. Well the next week I call back and after being told again they don't know when it will be ready I tell them I have to have a loaner. I'm told "we don't have any". I refuse to accept this and what do you know just by pure coincidence someone just brought one back..........how lovely...really? In the end I go to pickup my car and I couldn't even get someone to tell me exactly where it was parked! I'm told go to the right..... check behind the gate.......come to find out it was in neither spot. God forbid one of them WHO WERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT SITTING ON THEIR BUTT has the courtesy to walk out with me. NEVER AGAIN. Sales people here are great but the service is a punishment. Happy when my lease is over! More
Break lights were out. I replaced bulbs and still were out. I explained that I was positive it was just worn out fuse. Had you pay $200 for the diagnostic check.
