As much as I appreciate your response to my review I find it just ridiculous that you expect me to reach out to you to discuss this further. Once again no customer service. You should be taking the time to contact me not the other way around that’s how good customer service works but I see that is the response you give people when they do complain…. No effort on your end just the customers.
