Arrigo you are doing great. I was very impressed with one of your young workers today whom I met for the first time after a telephone conversation regarding service for my car. I drove up early and there he was busy with the first customer. I just kind of guessed he was the person I spoke with. Then he confirmed that. After checking my vehicle in.He made sure I had a comfortable place to sit so I could access the Wi Fi. Then he alerted me to the shuttle service to take me home, and offered help to take my stuff to the shuttle. The shuttle driver was great also. I had an 8.30 online class and in a jiffy he had me home. During the day the service agent called to alert me that my car was ready and while I was busy trying to call back later, the shuttle driver called to inform me he would be there to pick me up. The check out process was easy. My car was serviced well and the same service agent went above the call of duty to assist me with my phone problem. I was truly impressed. Way to go M.W. There is no doubt that you know how to treat a customer...I sensed that you were sincere about it too. Thank you Raj.You provide a great shuttle service.
