well, I felt like I was push into buying a car the salesman pretty much slam on me. I text him the very next day (not even 24hour) and let him know I wanted to trade that vehicle. The trade was made and $12,000 was add to the back end of the payment to the vehicle I chose to take. I was told by the finance officer that Arrigo Dodge does not have a right to change your mind policy and by me signing, I was stuck with that vehicle. More

The service department worked on two of my problems first they changed my sun visors which smelled terrible every time I used them. Second they changed out my radio/screen which gave me an error message sev they changed my sun visors which smelled terrible every time I used them. Second they changed out my radio/screen which gave me an error message several times a day and told me that it was still doing it but it should stop. If not bring it back in and we will try something else. Well it’s still giving the same error messages so I will have to go back again. More
