Labor rate too expensive. Problem was a module on steering column. Identified part needed and ordered for replacement total time give or take one hour. When part arrived, it took approximately one hour to replace and test drive. Total paid for two hours $372.79 in labor, and that was after a supposedly 15 percent discount. The part was of coarse already marked up substantially to cover whatever overheads they factor in. Just seems like the customer is being charged to an extreme. Has far as service advisor, Richard Pagan was professional and easy to work with. More
