At 62 years of age and of all the cars I have purchased and taken to a dealership for service, this dealership by far has been the worst experience I've ever had. I waited quite a while to write a review and taken to a dealership for service, this dealership by far has been the worst experience I've ever had. I waited quite a while to write a review because I was waiting for the return phone calls I was promised to explain the incompetency in servicing my 2025 RAM Promaster. I sent the service advisor pictures of how my engine was left and how only 2 of my tires were rotated and slight undercarriage damage. She saw the pictures and stated "that's not how we do service and offered me a few free oil changes and to bring the vehicle back to finish and repair the poor service. I refused the free oil changes but wanted an explanation of who worked on my vehicle and would at least like my white undercoating repaired. After 2 unsolicited phone calls from Arrigo fort Pierce asking how my service was and my dissatisfaction explained, I have never heard back from them even though I was promised answers. I usually disregard these surveys because every business has a bad day and a good business usually looks to make good for their mistakes. But if I'm going to be forgotten about I can honestly say I will never purchase or service a vehicle at Arrigo. More
