We were told no appointments for oil changes. Supposedly they are only done on a walk in basis. That is very inconvenient! Especially since we paid of a maintenance package. We were told the vehicle would be looked at & diagnosed if we left it there the day of the oil change & at the end of the day just before closing we were called & told they didn't get to look at it & we'd have to bring it back & possibly leave it overnight some other time. We are extremely unsatisfied with how everything was handled. More
